What is a cottage bakery?
A cottage bakery is a home bakery that has been licensed and certified by the Santa Cruz County Health Department. Just like a storefront facility, we follow all the local health and safety laws to ensure that your treats are made and packaged properly and safely, utilizing personal protective equipment like aprons, gloves and hair/beard nets. Butter Late Than Never Baking Company isn’t just a business. It’s a reflection of what we believe in: creating delicious baked goods and delivering them to everyone that loves tasty treats. Based in the towering redwoods of Boulder Creek, Andrew Hensano’s cottage bakery has been creating tasty cookies, morning pastries, and other baked goods since 2017.
